Building Level Teams (BLTs) are an important part of the learning environments in the Pine Plains Central School District. The primary role and responsibility of the BLTs is improvement of student performance.  This will be accomplished through:

• development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a plan for improvement of student performance
• communication with the appropriate stakeholders in such areas as educational issues decisions, results, etc.
• establishment of ground rules for the maintenance and operations of the team.
